Yvo Postleb – Managing Director
Yvo Postleb took over the leadership of Cushman & Wakefield in Germany in December 2015. Prior to the company merger of DTZ and Cushman & Wakefield he was Managing Director of DTZ in Germany. He was previously Managing Director of Fortress Investment Group in Germany for eight years and Vice President at Deutsche Bank in Germany and the USA for nine years.
Bianca Hönig – Partner | Head of Asset Services Germany
Bianca Hönig leads the German Asset Services. Her focus is on the strategic further development of this business area, as well as advising and supporting national and international clients. Bianca previously led the Key Account Management and Project Management teams of HOCHTIEF Property Management GmbH prior to switching, as Head of Property Management Germany, to DTZ Zadelhoff Tie Leung GmbH.
Alexander Kropf – International Partner | Head of Capital Markets
Alexander Kropf is responsible for the Capital Markets business of Cushman & Wakefield throughout Germany. Prior to this, Alexander worked at JLL as National Director and team leader of the Office Investment business. The business management and real estate economics graduate has also held positions at Savills and CBRE.

Dr. Michael Thiele – International Partner | Head of Global Occupier Services
Dr Michael Thiele is an International Partner and has responsibility for the advisory field of Global Corporate Occupier Services (GOS) with teams in each of Cushman & Wakefield’s offices in Deutschland. Among other things he is responsible for advising globally-active corporate clients in the implementation and operation of their international real estate strategy, supporting individual global major clients in daily operations and in the development of strategies and processes for them, enabling individually-tailored real estate advisory services.
Heiko Himme – International Partner | Head of Office Agency
Heiko Himme leads the Office Agency teams of Cushman & Wakefield in Germany. He has over 17 years’ professional experience including 15 years’ letting in the Berlin market, where he initially successfully led the local DTZ Office Agency department and from 2013 the entire German Office Agency team. He has conducted numerous complex transactions for national and international clients, brokering some 180,000 m² and successfully advising companies including Pfizer, KfW, Lieferheld, Beko Käuferportal, Facebook, Regus, N24, Ebay, MLP; Vattenfall, Lageso, Johanniter.

Martin Belik – International Partner | Head of Valuation & Advisory
Martin Belik is the long-standing Head of Valuation & Advisory at Cushman & Wakefield in Germany as well as member of the EMEA Executive Valuation & Advisory Committee. After graduating in Construction Engineering from the Technical University of Prague, he has been in active in the real estate sector since 1991. Following positions with renowned real estate consultancy companies, he became a board member of property developer CR Reality in Prague. Martin a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Publicly Appointed and Sworn Valuer as well as a speaker at various national and international specialist forums on valuation.

Frank D. Masuhr – Head of Project & Development Services
Frank D. Masuhr (Dipl.-Ing, TU) manages Project & Development Services at Cushman & Wakefield in Germany and additionally he is managing the countries Austria and Switzerland. He has been active in the German and international construction, expansion and project management market for more than 25 years. Over the entire period he was responsible for both operations and management.

Viviana Plasil – Head of Marketing & Communications Germany
Viviana Plasil is Head of Marketing & Communications Germany at Cushman & Wakefield since December 2017. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, she was marketing director for Germany and Benelux for the international online marketing service provider ReachLocal. In the years 2010 to 2014 she was head of Axel Springer SE as press spokeswoman for the WELT Group as well as in various marketing projects of the media group. She has extensive knowledge in Digital Marketing and will build and expand this area at Cushman & Wakefield Germany.
Dr. Jan Linsin – Head of Research Northern Cluster
Dr. Jan Linsin is Head of Research Northern Clusters since April 2018 and is responsible for the research areas of Germany, Sweden, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, the post-doctoral economist joined CBRE in 2008 as Head of Research Germany. Before 2008 Dr. Jan Linsin was Senior Market Analyst in the Research & Strategy Department of DEGI Deutsche Gesellschaft für Immobilienfonds mbH and Head of Public and Real Estate Department of IVD South.
Jan-Oliver Dahl – Head of Human Resources Germany
Jan-Oliver Dahl is Head of Human Resources Germany since April 2017. With his team in Frankfurt and Berlin he is responsible for the recruitment of new employees, the positioning of the employer brand, the strategic development and the operational support of all HR topics at our German locations.
