Internos Global Investors begins collaboration with Cushman & Wakefield in Germany

International real estate investment manager Internos Global Investors has mandated Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) on behalf of one of its managed segregated account with the property and center management of two shopping centers in Kelheim and Straubing with a total lettable area of approx. 60,000 m² and around 100 tenants. The focus of the mandate is the support and execution of the strategic realignment of both centers including center and active tenant management.

Nina Jansen and Andreas Gast, Co-Heads of Property & Asset Management at C&W in Germany, commented: “This mandate expands C&W’s long and successful association with Internos Global Investors in Europe to include Germany. This further collaboration is largely thanks to our many years of experience in the retail property sector.”
