Tina Reuter on board at Cushman & Wakefield

On 1st of March 2013 Tina Reuter took up her position as Partner and Head of EMEA Business Development & Client Management for Property & Asset Management with international real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield (C&W). She is based in Frankfurt and will primarily be responsible for Germany, northern Europe, Austria and Switzerland.

Tina previously spent seven years with Jones Lang LaSalle where she held various management positions, latterly as Head of Property Management Germany. Prior to that, she was a senior manager for a private-public partnership and project manager for an architects’ office.

In 2012 C&W already took on Nina Jansen and Andreas Gast as Partners and Co-Heads of Property & Asset Management in Germany. Other major hires also include Richard Davies as Partner and EMEA Head of Retail Property & Asset Management, as well as Sharon French as Partner in the London Property & Asset Management team.

This success reflects our client-oriented business model within the framework of our long term service strategy - as exemplified by the expansion of our management team and the acquisition of first-class experts in key markets such as Germany and the UK”.

In EMEA C&W’s Property & Asset Management team, numbering some 700 employees in 17 countries, manages properties totalling approximately 16 million m² of lettable area.
