Matthias Feske joined Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) as a Partner on the 1st of April 2013, where he is responsible for the Germany-wide expansion of retail investment business, particularly in the high street and retail warehouse segment.
Matthias moved from Jones Lang La Salle (JLL) to Cushman & Wakefield (C&W). He began his investment career at the former retail real estate specialist “Kemper's”. Following the merger of Kemper’s with JLL, Matthias worked in the Frankfurt retail investment department and latterly headed JLL’s retail investment department in Munich.
Matthias holds a degree in banking and business administration from the European Business School (ebs).

In 2012, in EMEA ("Europe, Middle East & Africa") more than 450 C&W professionals conducted 3,770 retail investment and retail letting transactions involving a total area volume of 2.63 million sqm.
