Michael J. Morgan to lead Cushman & Wakefield’s investment team in Frankfurt

Cushman & Wakefield (C&W), the world's largest privately owned real estate services company, has appointed Michael  J. Morgan (38) as Partner and Head of its investment team in Frankfurt, Germany, with effect from 1st June 2013. Morgan, who was previously with C&W from 1999 to 2003, has over 16 years of professional experience. His previous posts include Hines Immobilien GmbH (Prokurist) and Shaftesbury Asset Management (Germany) GmbH (Director), responsible for commercial property acquisitions and disposals with a total volume of around €1 billion. The real-estate economist was most recently a board member at Dragon Real Estate AG primarily involved in investment and asset management.

C&W’s Capital Markets Group, advised over 1,900 transactions with a total area of approximately 13.5 million m² on transactions across Europe totalling €7 billion in 2012.
