Cushman & Wakefield manages additional nine properties for UniCredit

The international real estate services organisation Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) has assumed responsibility for the property and asset management of an additional nine properties from the UniCredit EOF fund. Following this move, C&W now administers 26 properties in the EOF fund with a total lease area of 350,000 m². The managed properties include the 57,000 m² Omega Haus office building in Offenbach, Germany.

Nina Jansen and Andreas Gast, Co-Heads Property & Asset Management at C&W in Germany explained: “The management of these properties allows us to further consolidate our intensive and trusting cooperation with UniCredit in Germany.” Matthias Haslach, Head of Division Real Estate Asset Management, UniCredit commented: “The extensive experience that we have already acquired from C&W's management of part of the EOF portfolio was decisive in awarding C&W this order. A further criterion was C&W's specialist expertise in technical administration, which rounds off the commercial service perfectly.”
