Jörg Rosenfeld took over the management of the Office Agency Team at the Hamburg branch of Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) in his capacity as a partner on 1 July 2014. Rosenfeld, who is a specialist in the marketing of commercial property, has worked in various areas of responsibility in the property sector for 20 years. He possesses a great deal of experience in equal measure on the brokerage side and on the ownership side, their different perspectives, requirements and challenges.

He was previously responsible for the letting of the commercial portfolio at Prelios, formerly Pirelli Real Estate/DGAG Deutsche Grundvermögen. His remit comprised the nationwide agency for project developments, existing buildings, urban district developments, through to marketing space in shopping centres.

Jörg Rosenfeld is seeking to develop the range of office agency services on offer and will build upon a motivated and experienced team which has only recently announced the letting of around 2200 m² of office space to Olsen in the Marzipanfabrik ("marzipan factory") quarter.

After launching the team led by Hubert Keyl, who became Head of our Office Agency Department in Munich last autumn, and after the start by Pierre Nolte, who began setting up our nationwide agency team this spring, we have now filled all the managerial functions with experienced office agency personnel following the appointment of Jörg Rosenfeld," explained Martin Drummer, Head of Office Agency at Cushman & Wakefield in Germany. "Consequently, our nationwide expansion is going completely to plan."
