Art-Invest Real Estate commissions Cushman & Wakefield with Property Management of the Arnulfbogen

The project development and investment company Art-Invest Real Estate has commissioned the international real estate service provider Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) with Property Management for the "Arnulfbogen" property in Munich.
The prominently positions office building on corner of Arnulfstraße and Landshuter Allee features over 25,000 m² of rental area and is almost fully occupied for the time being.

Nina Jansen and Andreas Gast, Co-Heads of Property & Asset Management at C&W in Germany explained: "The portfolio of Art-Invest is managed in line with criteria that in many respects correspond with the focal points of our property management services. The management of the Arnulfbogen fits into our order portfolio almost as if it had been customised to fit."
The Cushman & Wakefield Property & Asset Management in Germany manages 121 properties with a total area of 1.89 million m², 2,565 tenants and an annual rental income of over 200 million euros.
