On 1 November, Moritz Kraume (30) and Nicolas Voller (31) joined the consultancy team at the National Office Agency of Cushman & Wakefield in Frankfurt. They both hold the role of senior consultant.
The two leasing experts will focus on the brokerage of office space outside of the “big 5” office markets in Germany, as well as the acquisition of vacant office space and prospective tenants.
Moritz Kraume began his career in 2006 at Catella Property GmbH, where he worked in property management and office leasing. In 2009, he joined the PropertyOne GmbH/IC Immobilien Group in the role of leasing manager.
Nicolas Voller was most recently employed as a leasing manager at PropertyOne GmbH/IC Immobilien Group, where he had worked since 2009. He started his professional career in the Investment division of Knight Frank in 2006.
Under the leadership of Pierre Nolte, Cushman & Wakefield has been expanding its office leasing business across Germany since the summer. The National Office Agency provides consultancy services in cities and regions in which Cushman & Wakefield has not had a presence to date. As Nolte explains: “Our customers, in particular the international corporates, expect a full-service package and our activities have evidently struck a chord. Due to the strong demand, we have already recruited a further five professionals to our team over the last six months and expansion in this area continues apace.”
