Florian Großhauser takes over Project Management team at Cushman & Wakefield in Munich

As of the start of the year, Florian Großhauser, 41, has assumed responsibility for the Project Management team at Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) in Munich in the role of Associate Director. The qualified engineer, architect and LEED GA has over 15 years' national and international experience in the fields of real estate and leasing consultancy, workplace strategy, the planning of new buildings and conversions, project management and sustainability consulting. Following positions at RFR Shanghai, MODAL M/ conceptsued and doranth post architects, Großhauser most recently worked at JLL in Munich.

Cushman & Wakefield has project management teams in Frankfurt, Berlin, Dusseldorf, Hamburg and Munich. The consultancy services provided focus on workplace strategy and the changes posed by the working environment of tomorrow, as well as traditional project management of the expansion and conversion of commercial spaces. The teams also provide certification services for BREEAM, LEED and DGNB, as well as CSR reporting and portfolio analyses. Cushman & Wakefield in Munich is currently managing a revitalisation project for an international online retailer with a total space of 10,500 m².

Cushman & Wakefield is a member of USGBC (United States Green Building Council), GRSBE (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) and the BREEAM DE advisory board, and successfully implemented the first maximum 5-star rating for a BREEAM DE certification for the operation of existing real estate.
