EPCOS AG has leased out 2,160 m² of office space in the “Kustermann Park” building complex at Rosenheimer Strasse 116b in 81669 Munich. Cushman & Wakefield brokered the lease to the company, which is a subsidiary of the TDK Group.
TDK Corporation is a leading electronics company headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. Its portfolio includes electronic components, modules and systems sold under the brand names TDK and EPCOS, as well as power supplies and products for magnetic applications, components for storing electrical power, digital storage media and other products. The company has development offices, production sites and sales subsidiaries in Asia, Europe, and North and South America. TDK recorded sales of USD 9.6 billion in the financial year 2014 and has a global workforce of around 83,000 employees.
The property has been managed by Blue Asset Management since 2009. Following comprehensive modernisation and repositioning of the property, Europäische Reiseversicherung AG was acquired as a second main tenant, alongside Landeshauptstadt München, the local government body of the city of Munich. Blue Asset Management is a full-service asset manager of commercial property with a strong focus on, and extensive experience in, the retail and office segments. Blue Asset Management currently manages around 85 commercial properties with a combined market value of around EUR 1.2 billion for both institutional and private investors. Its geographical focus is on Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
