Martin Wellnitz joins Frankfurt office as team leader

Real estate consultancy Cushman & Wakefield is further expanding its Project Management & Consulting business area. As of 1 January 2016, Martin Wellnitz took up the newly created position of team leader at the Frankfurt office. Martin Wellnitz, who was most recently employed as Head of Architecture & Planning at Fitness First Germany GmbH, will manage a fourteen-person team for Cushman & Wakefield.

“In Martin Wellnitz, we are gaining a professional with experience at both the national and international level, who has great knowledge in the fields of architecture and project management,” said Jens Böhnlein, Partner and Head of Project Management & Consultancy Germany. “By working together with Martin Wellnitz, we will continue to grow in this market segment and pursue our strategic goal of providing an integrated consulting service.”

Project Management & Consultancy provides a full range of services based on advice throughout the entire process that creates value and generates measurable results. “Our customers demand an integrated overall concept that starts with strategic consulting, continues through location selection and workplace design, and culminates in individual interior design as part of a transaction mandate,” said Jens Böhnlein. “This strategic alignment enables us to meet individual customer requirements while offering custom-fit, scalable solutions to meet changing requirements.”

About Martin Wellnitz

Martin Wellnitz (38) laid the foundation for his career with a degree in Architecture from Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and a Master of Architecture (MArch) from Harvard University, together with a subsequent Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Goethe University in Frankfurt. Most recently, he headed up the Planning & Construction department at Fitness First Germany GmbH. Prior to this, he worked for companies including Jones Lang LaSalle, Planquadrat 4 and Frankfurt Airport as part of the A-Plus terminal expansion. He also gained experience on large-scale commercial projects in Singapore and New York.
