Once construction is complete at the start of 2018, recruitment service Amadeus FiRe will relocate to a high-spec company headquarters with around 4,700 m² at Hanauer Landstrasse 150 in Frankfurt's Ostend region. The building, which has been developed by Lang & Cie. and entered construction this spring, will form part of the LINDLEY QUARTIER surrounding the European Central Bank.
Alongside the company's own Dr. Endriss tax college, which has leased the majority of the ground floor for training purposes, Amadeus FiRe will be the principal user of the new seven-floor building. During the initial lease and office planning phases, Amadeus FiRe received exclusive consultancy services from Cushman & Wakefield, and will take on project management responsibility for fitting out the building.
“This move enables us to offer our employees, candidates and training participants a modern and attractive location in a bustling, up-and-coming area with a good pedestrian infrastructure. It provides an ideal combination of visibility, functionality and employee comfort,” explained Robert von Wülfing, board member of the Amadeus FiRe recruitment service. “In Amadeus FiRe, we have acquired and attractive, high-profile lessee for the LINDLEY QUARTIER,” commented Nicolas Schneider, board member at Lang & Cie.
“From the wide range of attractive projects under development in the Frankfurt market, we were charged with identifying the ideal location for Amadeus FiRe and achieving the optimum overall package by means of a structured process,” added Tarkan Straub, Associate in the office space leasing department of Cushman & Wakefield.
