Three professionals switch from JLL to Cushman & Wakefield in Frankfurt am Main

Real estate consulting firm Cushman & Wakefield is further expanding its competency in Office Agency National. Three professionals have been successfully won-over from competitor JLL, where they constituted a Periphery Markets agency team for the Frankfurt am Main region: in July 2016 Jan-Henning Ihnen, Mario Herbst and Nicolas Heisig will join Pierre Nolte’s team, which is responsible Office Agency National activities throughout Germany out of Frankfurt am Main. Yvo Postleb, Head of Cushman & Wakefield Germany, said: “Expanding the team is one component of the growth strategy for our Office Agency business. We are experiencing a particularly strong demand for professional advice outside the large established markets.” Pierre Nolte added: “These new additions enable us to   expand the range of services we offer to our clients; both tenants and landlords, as well as significant further development in the scope of our work and consistent broadening of our portfolio. In doing this, we also bring a team together which has already worked together with great success in the past”, the latter a reference to having already worked with Jan-Henning Ihnen and Mario Herbst while with JLL himself. Pierre’s team advises national and international corporate clients concerning locations in Germany where Cushman & Wakefield does not have a local Office Agency team.

Jan-Henning Ihnen, Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur, studied real estate economics and management and was already gaining experience with JLL while still a student. In 2008 he joined as a full employee and held various positions in Office Agency, Industrial Agency and Tenant Representation. At Cushman & Wakefield, Jan-Henning will be an Associate with primary responsibility for searches for large premises by international corporate clients.

Mario Herbst, Diplom-Betriebswirt, began his career as a work-experience student at Cushman & Wakefield. Later, as Junior Consultant, he supported commercial letting in Frankfurt am Main. In 2011 Mario switched to JLL. He returns to office letting at Cushman & Wakefield as an Associate.

Nicolas Heisig, began with JLL after completing his degree in management and real estate economics, where he was responsible for Office Leasing in the Rhine-Main region. He joins Cushman & Wakefield as a Consultant.
