From 1 October, Nathalie Wegner and Mathias Busse are to join the Office Agency Berlin team of real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield. The real estate professionals previously worked at JLL and are taking up positions as Senior Consultants.

After completing her training to become a real estate management assistant, Nathalie Wegner worked for Savills Immobilien Beratungs-GmbH, among other firms, before moving to JLL. Her most recent position there was Principal Consultant Office Agency.

Mathias Busse first worked as an Office Leasing staff member and then as Senior Consultant at JLL after completing his training to become a real estate management assistant. In 2014, he completed further professional training in real estate economics at the Academy of Business Administration and Economics (VWA) in Berlin. The two new consultants at Cushman & Wakefield will work in the area of office space rentals, where they will advise both national and international landlords and tenants in their local decisions and act in the capacity of agent.

With the employment of these two real estate experts, Heiko Himme, Head of Office Agency Berlin and Hamburg, has further expanded his team in the Berlin office to 13 consultants. "This is so that we can meet the ongoing high demand for office spaces and the increasing need for professional consultants for tenants and owners alike in the capital", explained Heiko Himme. "With Natalie Wegner and Mathias Busse, we have two experienced consultants offering further potential for development. Their expertise will enrich our team and help us to continue to increase our market shares in the Berlin office market.“
