The NFON AG, a leading global provider of telephone systems in the cloud, merges both its locations on the Leonrodstraße and Infanteriestraße in Munich and will henceforth operate from the combined company headquarters in Machtlfinger Straße 5-15. The NFON AG has therefore rented 2,075m² in the Machtlfinger Höfen in the Obersendling district. The office agency team of Cushman & Wakefield in Munich was employed thereby in an advisory capacity. The Commerz Real Investmentgesellschaft mbH in Wiesbaden is the lessor. The property belongs to the portfolio of the open-ended property fund hausInvest.
More than 150 employees of NFON AG in nationwide locations like Munich and Mainz and in twelve European countries ensure that their clients remain in touch. They can access their telephone systems globally through telephone, computer or smartphone over an encrypted internet connection and are thereby always connected to the conventional telephone network.
The company will move into the office at the new location with around 100 employees in December. Machtlfinger Höfe offers a modern mix of high-class architecture and efficient location. The immediate proximity to the underground railway station also guarantees Machtlfinger Straße a very good connection to downtown Munich.
