Matthias Huss appointed head of office leasing in Hamburg
Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Matthias Huss as the new head of its Office Agency in Hamburg. Ken Hoppe and Christoph Haindl will also join the real estate consultancy service from the start of 2017.

The return of the seasoned expert Matthias Huss, who has previously held the position of Office Agency Manager at DTZ in Hamburg, also bears witness to the trust placed in the Cushman & Wakefield brand and our leasing expertise.”
Matthias Huss (45) will start his new role as
Head of Office Agency Hamburg on 1 February 2017.
In 2015, he moved from DTZ to JLL as general manager of the Tenant Representation department. In this role, he primarily provided advice to international customers in Hamburg. Prior to this, he worked at Grossmann & Berger for almost ten years, most recently as a senior consultant with responsibility for advising and supporting large national and international customers.
Ken Hoppe (38) joins Cushman & Wakefield from Savills. As a partner, he will focus primarily on large-scale customers. He has worked at Savills for the past ten years, where he has managed the Hamburg lettings team since 2013.
Christoph Haindl (39), who joins Cushman & Wakefield as Associate Director, was also most recently employed at Savills, where he held the same role. Prior to this, he worked at DB Service Immobilien GmbH and IAM Immobilien Asset Management GmbH.
